Aperitivo: The aperitivo is a beverage enjoyed before a meal to stimulate the appetite. Its history goes back to Roman times, when meals were usually preceded by honey-flavored wines, a custom dating back to ancient Greece. Throughout Italy, this has become a social ritual from the late afternoon into the early evening, with beverages accompanied by popular items like potato chips, olives, appetizers, focaccia and other finger foods. Pelk Bar offers a variety of popular wines & cocktails!

Classic Pastas at Pelk
Late Night: Pelk Bar stays open late to offer a bit of afterparty to San Gregorio da Sassola. Finish your evening sitting outside looking at the stars while sipping your favorite nightcap. The bar has no official closing time. If there are guests, they will stay open!

Bistrot Marconi is our next stop! This is the towns local ‘wifi Cafe’ with Air Conditioning. Making it the perfect way to start your day if you want to setp away from your accomodations, but still get some work done!

Note: If you plan on having dinner at Bistrot Marconi, it is recommended to stop by in the afternoon and inquire about availibilty. If they are not serving pastas or dinner on your desired day, head back up to PELK (the first place we showed in this guide), they always have a daily selection of Pizza, Cal,zones, Calamari and more!
